The Mayville School District Board of Education meets the first and third Monday of each month at the School Administration Building Board Room located within Parkview Early Learning Center at 259 Oak Street. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. with agendas published on this website, at all district buildings, and in the Dodge County Pionier newspaper.

All meetings of the Board of Education shall be open to the public, except when the Board is meeting in closed session as authorized by law. All actions of the Board shall be taken openly and deliberations leading to Board action shall likewise be conducted openly.

Notice is hereby given The Mayville School District is requesting proposals from licensed certified public accountant firms to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, with the option of auditing its financial statements for the subsequent two (2) fiscal years.  These audits are to be performed in accordance with the provisions included in this request for proposal:

To be considered, two (2) copies of a proposal must be received by Scott Sabol at 259 Oak St., Mayville, WI  53050, by 12:00 noon on April 25, 2025.  The Mayville School district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.

The Mayville School District reserves the right, where it may serve the District’s best interest, to request additional information or clarifications from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions.  At the discretion of the Mayville School District, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process.

Submission of the proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in the request for proposal, available upon request to the contact person listed below, available for pick-up during regular business hours in the Administration Office, or on the district’s website (mayvilleschools.com) unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and confirmed in the contract between the Mayville School District and the firm selected.

It is anticipated that the selection of a firm will be completed by May 5, 2025.  Following the notification of the selected firm it is expected a contract will be executed between both parties by May 12, 2025.
