Our Junior High Forensics Team performed at the annual meet last month - all of the 6th, 7th and 8th graders did a fantastic job and received many compliments for their performances and sportsmanship! Our 7th and 8th grade Student Council walked down to MES to be "Big Buddies" with 1st graders in Mrs. Schwirtz's class. The bigs read with their new friends and worked on spring-themed coloring pages together. It was wonderful to see our student council members being leaders, and the littles were so excited to greet their guests! Last Friday our littlest 4K Cardinals from Parkview Early Learning Center traveled to Dr. Stevens' dental office and learned about dental health! We toured the facility, learned about the equipment used when cleaning teeth, and we got to take a "ride" in the dentist chair! It was an exciting day of learning in our hometown.
