MHS Student Represents at WI Leadership Seminar
Incoming Mayville High School Junior, Sawyer S., had the opportunity to attend the Wisconsin Leadership Seminar at Carrol University earlier this month. Sawyer was nominated by one of our MHS teachers for his outstanding leadership skills.
This 3-day conference is offered to sophomores across the state. Students need to exhibit positive leadership skills in their school and community or show strong leadership potential to attend the seminar. Each high school can send only one student to the event annually. Sawyer was one of just over 200 students chosen from more than 66,000 across the state.
“It was an honor he was chosen,” said Sawyer’s mom, Nicole Streblow. “He had a wonderful experience and we want to thank whomever nominated him!”
Congratulations, Sawyer! Thank you for representing Mayville High School at this great event!
